Lumen fidei e lumen rationis: algumas notas de leitura do recente Magistério eclesial

A problemática da relação entre fé e razão será abordada a partir da perspectiva da “luz”, examinando o lumen fidei e o lumen rationis nas diferentes formas em que aparecem no recente Magistério Pontifício. Evidencia-se, assim, a racionalidade da fé, considerada como autêntica forma de conhecimento, à qual está vitalmente vinculada a racionalidade filosófica e científica de maneira que somente a harmonia entre estas duas ordens de conhecimento pode oferecer uma adequada compreensão da realidade. /// The issue of the relation between faith and reason will be addressed from the perspective of “light”, examining the lumen fidei and the lumen rationis in the different forms in which they appear in the recent Pontifical Magisterium. In this way, the rationality of faith becomes evident, considered as an authentic form of knowledge, to which philosophic and scientific rationality is vitally linked, in such a way that the harmony between these two orders of knowledge can offer an adequate comprehension of reality.
